Problem Note 64241: In SAS® Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning 8.3 for SAS® Viya® 3.4, the sasgpud service attempts to reserve the wrong GPU device

In SAS Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning 8.3 for SAS Viya 3.4, the sasgpud service contains a bug that causes it to request an incorrect GPU device. An error similar to the following occurs:
GPU device n is reserved by another process.
Note: This error occurs only on systems containing an NVIDIA GPU device.
