Problem Note 64236: Instances seem to run indefinitely in SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management

When you use SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.5 with a clustered middle tier, instances remain in running status indefinitely.
For example, if three users each create an instance, the first instance completes and the user interface (UI) is updated. However, the other two instances remain in running status indefinitely, and the UI is not updated.
