Problem Note 64199: An SSL connection to the SAS® Scalable Performance Data (SPD) Server 5.4 fails with the error "Unable to communicate with SPD Server"

After you attempt to define a library through an SSL connection to the SPD Server, the connection fails with the following errors:
Error: Unable to communicate with SPD Server
Error: Error in the LIBNAME statement
Error: Error in the LIBNAME statement
