Problem Note 64158: PROC S3 PUT fails with the message "ERROR: tks3ConnectionUploadPart..."

When you are working with large files, PROC S3 PUT fails and produces an error similar to the following:
ERROR: Could not put file.
ERROR: S3 did not return expected information after uploading one part of a multi-part upload.
