Problem Note 64110: A cache-creation failure occurs when you configure metadata user/group cache limits in SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench

In SAS Risk and Finance Workbench, a cache-creation failure occurs when the cache limit is set to a value less than 1. The system accepts such values even though they should not be allowed.
To work around this problem, set the cache limit to a value of 1 or greater.

This hot fix resets cache limit values that are less than 1 to 1, and the failure does not occur.
