Problem Note 64073: The CPU utilization for the SAS® Grid Manager grid service is much higher than expected

The SAS Grid Manager grid service (sgmg.exe) consumes a large amount of CPU resources even when there are few SAS® jobs running on the grid.
As time goes on, sgmg.exe continues to consume more and more resources.
