Problem Note 64071: SAS® Deployment Manager stops responding on the Hadoop Cluster SSH Credentials panel when you connect to Hortonworks Data Platform version 3
When you use SAS Deployment Manager to obtain Hadoop JAR and configuration files from Hortonworks Data Platform version 3 on the Hadoop Cluster SSH Credentials panel, the system stops responding.
To work around the problem, use the Hadoop tracer script to collect the necessary files as described in the "Using the Hadoop Tracer Script to Obtain the Hadoop JAR and Configuration Files" section in SAS® 9.4 Hadoop Configuration Guide for Base SAS® and SAS/ACCESS®, Fifth Edition.
