Problem Note 64040: You receive a "Bad Request" error message after you click "Additional details" on a details screen in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering
An issue occurs when you extend a SAS Anti-Money Laundering details screen to retrieve data by clicking Additional details. You could see this problem if either of these conditions exist:
- You click Additional details on a details screen and two or more custom stored processes are configured to run.
- You click Additional details at the same time that another user also clicks Additional details, which results in two stored processes running simultaneously.
For example, you define two custom stored processes on the Preferences page to execute on the alert details page, as shown here:
However, when you click Additional details on the alert details page, no data is returned. Instead, you encounter an error message similar to the following:
Unable to load custom details for 'alert-name'
Error: Unexpected error executing Stored Process Server request
rest/storedProcess?stpName=custom_stp: 400: Bad Request
