Problem Note 64808: A SAS® Workload Orchestrator web interface login fails with the message "Could not create a cipher to encrypt/decrypt credentials"

When you sign in to the SAS Workload Orchestrator web interface, the connection might fail with a message similar to the following:

ERROR [00000024] App.tk.http.server (httpscomm.c:5481) - Could not create a cipher to encrypt/decrypt credentials
