When you add new object data, you can add the new indexes by incrementally indexing the data object. After doing so, you might notice that previous incremental indexes are missing, because links are missing in the object network diagram. 

This issue occurs because the re-indexing job is doing a combination of full indexing (resulting in existing relationship indexes being removed) and incremental indexing (resulting in new indexes being added).
