In SAS® Merchandise Planning, exporting to excel might not complete successfully when you export with formats.  This issue is likely to occur when the row count exceeds several thousand and the column count exceeds 120, but the ranges of rows and columns might vary. 

Instead of exporting with formats, try to export without formats as a workaround.  If the export without formats also fails, then you should close the worksheet and have a system administrator remove the worksheetstate folder for the worksheet from the server.  Once this folder is removed, reopen the worksheet and try the export again without formats.
