Problem Note 64268: You see "Error in Server-side Processing" messages after you restart the Elasticsearch service in SAS® Visual Investigator

After you restart the Elasticsearch service, you can continue to receive "Error in Server-side Processing" messages for up to a few hours from the time when the service was restarted.

This issue has occurred with high-volume, multi-node installations that have many users and many entities. 

In the Search and Discovery (SAND) log, you will see information similar to the following:
