Problem Note 64264: The Disposition reason drop-down list is empty when you close an alert in SAS® Visual Investigator

After you close an alert, you see a drop-down list of disposition reasons. Recently added reasons might not be in the list, or, if it is newly created, the list is empty and you see the following message:
No disposition reason codes are defined. Ask your administrator to check the disposition reference table for the domain.
To work around this issue, clear the browser cache.
