After RabbitMQ crashes, datahub listening channels are not set up as expected. The queues (and exchanges) are not mirrored.

You can verify that this problem is occurring by clicking on a tenant-specific queue and looking to see whether the Mirrors label has content. If the label does not show any content, the problem is occurring.
