Problem Note 64039: The BGLIMM procedure generates an incorrect posterior distribution of the parameters under certain data conditions
PROC BGLIMM generates incorrect results for the posterior distribution under these conditions:
- you have unbalanced repeated measures data, and
- you fit the model using a RANDOM statement or a REPEATED statement
The data are unbalanced if there are missing measurements for certain time points.
All of the statistics relating to posterior distributions are incorrect.
There is no circumvention for this problem.
