Problem Note 63997: "ERROR: ORA" occurs when you try to read data from Oracle using DBCONINIT="exec " and DBSLICEPARM=ALL

You encounter "ERROR: ORA" when you try to read data from Oracle using the DBCONINIT= option with DBSLICEPARM=ALL. For example, this issue occurs when you run code similar to the following:
options sastrace=',,t,d' sastraceloc=saslog nostsuffix DBSLICEPARM=ALL;
libname ora oracle user=user-ID pw=password path=path dbconinit="exec DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO.set_client_info('abcd')";
proc sql noprint stimer;
