Problem Note 63947: You cannot upload server data in SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench and receive the error "Unable to initialize from CONTENT_META"

If no content release exists for the European Bank Authority (EBA) Taxonomy that is installed in SAS Risk and Finance Workbench, you cannot upload server data. When this issue occurs, the following error is generated in the mid-tier log:
ERROR com.sas.stress.jdbc.LandingAreaUtil - Unable to initialize from CONTENT_META.
