Problem Note 63937: You might encounter issues with accessing attachments in SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench
In SAS Risk and Finance Workbench, permission checks are performed inconsistently. In some cases, you cannot access attachment content for which you have permission. But, in other cases, you can access attachment content for which you do not have permission.
