Problem Note 63899: Opening a SAS® Web Report Studio report from SAS® BI Dashboard returns an HTTP 500 or an HTTP 403 error

If your BI Dashboard indicator links to a SAS Web Report Studio report, you might see an HTTP 500 error or an HTTP 403 error when you click the link to launch SAS Web Report Studio.
When this problem occurs, the SAS Web Report Studio log might contain an error that is similar to this:
