Problem Note 63874: Replacing an active decision-campaign flow in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager might cause downtime and generate an error

When you replace an active decision campaign in SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, you might notice downtime during activation. When this issue occurs, the following error might appear in the Decision Services Engine log:
No Flow configured for event
This issue occurs during activation because decision-campaign flows are removed from the cache before they are replaced with the new flows. When you process a large number of flows, it is possible for a time gap to occur between the removal of the old flows and the replacement of new flows.
