Problem Note 63852: PROC GAMPL might stop processing if it is run in distributed mode with the PLOTS option

When the PLOTS option is specified and PROC GAMPL is run in a distributed mode using the PERFORMANCE statement, the procedure stops processing. The procedure can run successfully without graphics if the PLOTS option is omitted, or it can be run and produce graphics by omitting the PERFORMANCE statement.
