Problem Note 63827: The migrate work group does not assume the Public work group as default when you migrate from SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench 2.3 to 3.2
When you migrate from SAS Risk and Finance Workbench 2.3 to 3.2, the migrate work group script does not assume the Public work group as the default. Also, the Public work group is not created.
