Problem Note 63771: You are unable to execute the SPD Server password database manager on a FIPS-enabled Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) operating system
When you attempt to execute the SPD Server password database manager (pwdb) on a FIPS-enabled operating system, the following threaded kernel (TK) dump is generated:
