SAS Risk Governance Framework 7.4 might use the wrong workflow template for a business object after you migrate from a previous version of the solution. The problem might occur if you used a different workflow template for the same custom object number in the previous version. You might also see the issue when a custom object is not workflow-enabled, but it was workflow-enabled in the previous version.
