Problem Note 63754: Datetime values that are written by Teradata and Oracle data processes are in different time zones

In SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager, you might notice that datetime values that are written from data processes to the Teradata database do not correctly account for time zone. This issue occurs under the following circumstances:
- You use data processes that write to both Oracle and Teradata databases.
- You configure the SAS® Decision Services sasds.designserver.default.timezoneid, the sasds.engine.default.timezoneid property, or both for Oracle, according to SAS Note 55831, "SAS Real-Time Decision Manager incorrectly assumes that dates returned from queries to Oracle are in the GMT time zone."
There is no workaround for this issue.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
