Problem Note 63565: Creating a SAS® Visual Text Analytics project fails with errors "Error occurred copying data to project ..."

When you create a new project in SAS Visual Text Analytics, the following error might be displayed:

ERROR 3339 --- [   SASExecutor2]  c.s.t.g.service.helpers.CasHelperImpl    : service [b23fc9a4891bc887] Error

occurred copying data to project caslib

Exception in thread "SASExecutor2" ServerErrorException: Error occurred copying

data to project caslib  Http Status: 500 cause: com.sas.cas.CASException: The

server has requested that a Kerberos ticket be provided

The exception occurs when the user ID is a member of the CASHostAccountRequired Group while running SAS Visual Text Analytics in a Kerberos-enabled environment.
