Problem Note 63547: Promoted SAS® Visual Analytics reports display the original data source name even if a data source with a different name is selected during import
When you promote a SAS Visual Analytics report from an earlier release to a later release, you have the option to map the report to a data source with a different name. If you do, SAS® Visual Analytics on SAS® Viya® and SAS® Visual Analytics Designer 7.5 still show the name of the original data source instead of the name of the data source that you selected during the import process.
The report should still function properly, but editing the report might be confusing because the original data source name is displayed instead of the current data source name.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note for a link to instructions about accessing and applying the software update to SAS Visual Analytics on SAS Viya.
The Hot Fix tab also includes a download link for SAS Visual Analytics 7.5.
The hot fix corrects the import process so that the name of the current data source is correctly displayed. It does not correct reports that currently show the wrong name. You must re-import the reports after applying the hot fix.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
When promoting a SAS Visual Analytics report from an earlier release to release 7.5 or SAS Visual Analytics on SAS Viya, the promoted report displays the name of the original data source even if you mapped the report to a data source with a different name during the import process.
