Problem Note 63534: The SAS® Customer Intelligence Custom Details tags are not included in the SPK file as a dependent object when you export from SAS® Management Console
When you export an export definition that contains Custom Details tags, those tags are not included in the SAS Package (SPK) file, even if the check box Include dependent objects when retrieving initial collection of objects is selected.
To work around this problem, export the tags by using SAS® Customer Intelligence Integration Utilities. If you are migrating many tags from one environment to another, using the Integration Utilities in this manner is most efficient.
