Problem Note 63528: The web application does not display anything other than errors or blank web pages in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering when Hot Fix A5T007 is not installed

You see blank web pages and errors in your web application when you use SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 7.1 and SAS® 9.4M6 without having Hot Fix A5T007 installed.
Under those conditions, here are two examples of errors that you might see in the user interface:
Error: Rest error for rest/preferences: 500
Error: Rest error for rest/lov: 500
Additionally, you might see errors similar to the following in your SASServer8 log:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/gemstone/bp/edu/emory/mathcs/backport/java/util/Arrays
Errors similar to the following can appear in your SASComplianceSolutionsMid7.1 log:
[org.apache.catalina.core.ContainerBase.[Catalina].[localhost].[/SASComplianceSolutionsMid].[mvc]] Allocate exception for servlet [mvc]
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/gemstone/bp/edu/emory/mathcs/backport/java/util/Arrays
