Problem Note 63521: The user interface (UI) stops responding when you attempt to import a file that requires cell overrides

In SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench, the user interface (UI) stops responding under the following conditions:
- You attempt to import a file from a sheet export for a project that has Required comments on successful cell overrides enabled.
- You do not provide a cell comment in the Microsoft Excel file being imported.
