SAS Enterprise Guide might stop working unexpectedly when connecting to a workspace server under the following conditions:

  • The SAS® 9.4 Integration Technologies Client (TS1M6) is installed.
  • The workspace server is configured for load-balancing.
  • The required encryption level is set to Everything.
