When exporting data from SAS Visual Analytics, you can specify how many rows to export. If you do not specify the number of rows, the number of rows exported to Excel might vary between SAS Visual Analytics and SAS Report Viewer.
The difference is that when the request for data is submitted and the number of rows is not explicitly defined, SAS Visual Analytics does not specify a maximum. However, SAS Report Viewer does specify a maximum based on the number of rows that are being displayed in the web client. If there is so much data that the web client has limited the number of rows displayed, then the export action from SAS Visual Analytics exports as much as the server allows, which might be more rows than are displayed in the web client.
