When you use SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management REST calls to upload multiple files in parallel, the action fails with a message similar to the following: "ERROR com.sas.solutions.risk.irm.server.taskexec.MvaTaskRunnable - ERROR: A lock is not available for IRM_CFG.BYN_CONFIGURATION.DATA."
