Problem Note 63434: Advanced options for a Join transformation are not retained after a job is saved, closed, and reopened

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

Options that are specified in the Advanced pane on the Options tab in the Job Properties window for a SQL Join transformation are not retained when the following conditions are true:

  1. The temporary target table for the Join transformation is redirected to a database management system (DBMS) library.
  2. The Advanced pane on the Options tab contains definitions for DBMS-specific options.
  3. The job is saved and then closed.

When the job is reopened, the DBMS-specific options are no longer defined.

The only workaround for this issue is to override the code generation for the Join transformation and to enter manually the missing options in the appropriate location within the code.

Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
