Problem Note 63419: Campaign communication occurrences are set to minus one (-1) in SAS® Customer Intelligence
When you execute campaigns using SAS® Marketing Automation Launcher, the occurrence value is set to minus one (-1) rather than to the next occurrence number.
When this issue occurs, the SASCustIntelCore log file might have messages that reference the next occurrence (in this example, 75):

This log file and the execution history show that the failed occurrence is marked as successful. The -1 occurrence value is displayed because the status is incorrect.
