In SAS® Size Profiling, check boxes in the filtered Product Root hierarchy are dimmed when there are no profiles within that level of the hierarchy. In some cases, there are check boxes that are not dimmed for the lower level children of a dimmed check box at the higher level. When this issue occurs, the check box at the higher level should not be dimmed because there are children with profiles below the higher level.

The workaround for this issue is to ignore the higher level dimmed check boxes and expand to the levels of the hierarchy where you know you have profiles.
