Problem Note 63400: Blocked Teradata sessions occur when you use SAS® Contact Rule DS2 Activity processing in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager
When you use the SAS Contact Rule DS2 Activity (_SAS_ CONTACT_RULE_DS2_ACTIVITY) to process contact rules in SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, you might notice blocked sessions in a Teradata common data model.
When you use the SQLSTMT package to read the CI_PACKAGE_X_TREATMENT table from a Contact Rule DS2 Activity session, subsequent sessions that attempt to insert data into the CI_PACKAGE_X_TREATMENT table are blocked. As a result, time-out requests occur.
