Problem Note 63322: SAS® Environment Manager for SAS® Viya® stops responding and does not load when your browser language is set to the Portuguese pt_PT locale

SAS Environment Manager for SAS Viya takes longer than expected to load when your browser language is set to Portuguese. In particular, the issue occurs with the pt_PT locale (Portuguese for Portugal), not with the pt_BR locale, which is Portuguese for Brazil.
