Problem Note 63270: The "Date Closed" field does not update after a case is closed in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering

If you close a case, you might notice that the Date Closed field does not contain any date on the Case Details page.

Even when you refresh or re-open the page at a later time, the Date Closed field does not contain the expected information. Instead, the field is empty.
