When you want to add an entity to a case, the Employee Indicator value should match by default the value in the EMPLOYEE_IND column. However, in the Add Entity to Case window, the Employee Indicator field might display a No value when the value should be Yes.

 

 

The current workaround is to click the No button and manually reset the indicator to Yes.

The "Employee Indicator" value should automatically match the value for the entity when the entity is added to a case. After you install Hot Fix A5T005, this field update is not done by default. Instead, in some cases you must manually reset it.
