Problem Note 63266: You cannot route entities in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering when you have only the Route Any Entity capability
In SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 7.1, the Route My Entities capability should enable you to route your own entities to other users. The Route Any Entity capability also should enable you to route any entities to other users.
If you have only the Route Any Entity capability, you cannot route any entity, including any entities that you own. If you try to do so, the following errors appear:
Error: User is not authorized to perform this action
rest/entities/triageRequests/route: 403: Forbidden
Error routing entities
The workaround is that you must have the Route My Entities capability as well. This behavior applies as well to cases, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, reports, and risks.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
When you have only the Route Any Entity capability, you cannot route entities. You must also have the Route My Entities capability. Both capabilities are needed to be able to route entities. Both are also needed to work with cases, CDD reviews, reports, and risks.
