Problem Note 63251: The content release names in the application menu for the SAS® Risk Governance Framework are not translated to the preferred locale

In the application menu for the SAS Risk Governance Framework, the names of the content releases are displayed in English instead of in the user's preferred locale.
In the following example, the names of the content releases should be shown in French instead of in English:
