Problem Note 63235: The sas-viya-reportdistribution-default service fails to start after SAS® Visual Analytics is upgraded

After you upgrade SAS® Visual Analytics 8.2 to SAS® Visual Analytics 8.3, the sas-viya-reportdistribution-default service might fail to start if there are existing report distributions. When this problem occurs, you see an error similar to the following in the sas-reportdistribution log:
