Problem Note 63234: The upload fails with "ERROR...Failed to acquire lock to import..." when you attempt to upload input data in parallel

In SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.5, when you perform concurrent uploads of input data from the same location, the upload fails with an error similar to the following:

ERROR com.sas.solutions.risk.irm.server.export.DataImportExportService  - Import of Excel file failed
java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to acquire lock to import <path to file> within 30 seconds.
