Usage Note 63207: "Error from the Impala Thrift API: No more data to read" occurs when you use SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Impala
When issuing a LIBNAME statement to Impala, you can receive the following error:
ERROR: CLI error trying to establish connection: [unixODBC][Cloudera][ImpalaODBC] (100) Error from the Impala Thrift API: No more data to read.
The problem occurs when the password is incorrect or there are other problems with the security of the connection.
To work around the problem, enter the correct password or fix the security of the connection.
