Problem Note 63165: You see an "error occurred loading data" message in SAS® Enterprise Case Management when you sort a DataGrid by user name

With SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might see the following error message when you sort a DataGrid by user name:
An error occurred loading data for a grid on this screen
You might see the error after you delete a user in SAS® Management Console. After the error occurs, the DataGrid contains no data.
To work around this problem, sort the DataGrid by a different column.
