Problem Note 63161: Execution of batch code for SAS® Visual Forecasting project fails with "Response status: 400 ...invalid response was received ..."

When you download and execute the batch code for a SAS Visual Forecasting project, the "Resubmit overrides..." call might fail with the following messages in the log:
Response status: 400
ERROR: An invalid response was received.
ERROR: Execution terminated by an %ABORT statement.
ERROR: Execution terminated by an %ABORT statement.
The issue occurs when there are no overrides to be submitted in the project.
