Problem Note 63074: Some Esri map backgrounds are not displayed in the modern version of SAS® Visual Analytics Viewer

In some cases, dynamic Esri map backgrounds are not displayed in the modern version of SAS Visual Analytics Viewer. The same Esri map background is displayed in SAS Visual Analytics on SAS® Viya®.

To work around this issue, republish the Esri map service as a tiled map service. Although a tiled map service can be larger in physical storage than a dynamic map service, tiled map services often render maps faster than the dynamic map service.
