In SAS® Regular Price Optimization, recommended prices might not be as expected in a uniform pricing location level. This issue is likely to occur when the prices vary at the lower level location level and there are no other pricing rules defined. The recommended price for the uniform pricing location level is not equal to the base price. Instead, the recommended price coincides with the price for the location that has the lowest geo_hier_sk value.
