Problem Note 63043: An error occurs when you select a project from the SAS® Model Manager projects list and click "OK" in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager

In SAS Real-Time Decision Manager, the following error is returned when you select a project from the SAS Model Manager projects list and click OK:
Error retrieving model details from the Model Manager REST web service. Contact your administrator for help.
In the SASCustIntelCore6.5.log file, the following error is displayed:
2018-10-08 11:05:46,262 ERROR [tomcat-http--29] [9ff9c3406e744167:31cacacf:16652b6eb64:-49ff] [sasdemo] ytics.crm.modelmgr.service.MMServiceImpl - Model "http://sasbap.demo.sas.com/SASModelManagerJavaServices/rest/projects/c636c666-0a26-1029-4b22-775ecea58a30/models/c63e0cd5-0a26-1029-4b22-775ee3fe4892" could not be fetched from the Model Manager REST service.
As a result of this problem, you cannot create a new model in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio.
